The exam is taken on the final day of the course. It includes a 90 minute, closed book plan with 8 multiple choice, situation based, gradient scored questions. The pass mark for the exam is 70%, or at least 28 marks from 40.
What are the prerequisites for taking this course?
It is essential that candidates must hold a pass at ITIL® Foundation level before taking the ITIL® Service Capability Planning, Protection and Optimization exam.
It is also recommended that learners should have experience to the fundamental theories in IT and related work experience for two years as a minimum.
