Course Introduction

Project Management Professional (PMP)® is a globally recognised certification for project managers. Achieving a qualification in PMP® training shows that you have the knowledge, capability and leadership in directing an PMP® certification. This course is a demanding 5 day PMP® course that follows-on in a certificate for the 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs). These units are needed to apply for the PMP® exam.

Project Management Professional (PMP)® training is a qualification program overseen by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. In the computer and information technology industries, the term project management refers to a methodical approach to software development through five project management process groups: initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing.
