Course Content

Praxis is a comprehensive framework that helps the organisations to achieve the benefits of projects, programmes and portfolios. The course introduces delegates to the similarities and differences between Praxis and other frameworks including MSP® and PRINCE2®. The delegates will learn how to apply the Praxis Framework Management functions to the project or programme to any given scenario. The Praxis Framework™ comprises four core sections: Competence, Knowledge, Capability Maturity and Method. The Praxis Framework™ Bridging course is another route to become a Praxis Framework™ Practitioner without gaining the certification of Praxis Framework™ Foundation.

The main aim of the Praxis is to provide a flexible framework which can help you and your organisation to develop their capability maturity and keep stakeholders happy. Tailoring the framework is crucial to improve the project management and achieve the success. The central philosophy of Praxis is to illustrate different ways in which different aspects of the framework can be applied or tailored.
