Course Introduction

The MoV® Practitioner course builds on the knowledge and skills acquired at Foundation level and develop the ability of the delegates to apply principles and processes of MoV® through practical exercises. The course enables the delegates to apply and tailor MoV® techniques and concepts in a scenario situation and help the organisations to deliver more relevant outcomes less expensively. During the two day course, the delegates will be introduced to the world of the value management and seven principles and processes upon which MoV® is based. The course also covers MoV® activities, project, programme and operational considerations, implementation and embedding MOV® into an organisation. The course is beneficial for individuals who support operational efficiency improvement initiatives and also responsible for the project, programme, or portfolio management in the public or private sectors.

Course Content

The MoV Practitioner training course is provided by Datrix Training where you will be taught by one of our experienced instructors. 

MoV® is focused on maximising value while meeting the increasing demands of the key stakeholders and programme and project objectives without reducing quality.

MoV® Practitioner Exam

The delegates must pass the Practitioner exam to gain the MoV® Practitioner certification. After passing the exam, the Practitioners will receive a MoV® certificate. The delegates need to achieve 50% marks in order to gain the MoV® Practitioner qualification. Details of the exam as follows:

  • Objective based testing
  • 5 hours duration
  • Open book exam

The Practitioner exam is to be completed at a mutually convenient date (please see the below details for further information).

Online Exam:

We provide comprehensive support during the exam process to make the experience as simple as possible. This exam can be taken at a suitable time, subject to availability; online, anywhere.

What are prerequisites for attending this course?

The delegates must have completed MoV® Foundation course before attending the MoV® Practitioner course. A proof the MoV® Foundation certification must be presented to the instructor on the day of the exam.
