There are three courses which are included in the Better Business Cases:
Better Business Cases Foundation:
The main purpose of Better Business case qualification is to confirm that delegate have sufficient knowledge and understanding to be able to work as a team, to develop a business case with the help of Five Case Model.
Better Business Cases Practioner:
The purpose of the Better Business Cases is to confirm whether the candidate has an understanding of theory and applications of the Five Case Model. This course helps the candidate to allow them to develop and produce a business case.
Better Business Cases Foundation and Practioner:
Better Business Cases Foundation and Practioner training course will enable the individual to plan, initiate and deliver a comprehensive business case. Upon completing the Foundation and Practioner course, a delegate will be able to apply five model cases to the real business case development project.
