Course Content

The APMP for PRINCE2 Practitioners training course is provided by Datrix Training where you will be taught by one of our experienced instructors.

The PRINCE® Practitioner course covers 26 modules out of the 73 prescribed by APMP PMQ. As such, PRINCE2® qualified professionals need to cover only 47 modules to become APMP PMQ professionals. The content of the PMQ course is designed in such a manner so that they assess the candidate’s knowledge regarding the project management.  The areas covered in this syllabus include budgeting and cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, etc. with all of them forming a part of the APM Body of Knowledge.

The focus of APMP for PRINCE2® Practitioners course is mainly on project management concepts and processes as per the rules of the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge and PMQ syllabus. By the completion of the course, the delegates will be able to implement the concepts and techniques successfully in their organisation.

PMQ is an internationally recognised leading Project Management qualification and also a measure of the candidate’s proficiency in Project Management. Professionals with this qualification have high chances of gaining better jobs and enhanced earnings.

Delegates who wish to gain this qualification must have a valid Prince2® Practitioner certification. The candidates will appear in a 2 hour exam having 10 questions. The candidates are required to attempt a minimum of 6 questions from these 10 questions.
