Course Introduction

It is the sixth version of Windows Server. A developer preview and a beta version are the two pre-release versions which were released during the development. This software was made available to customers on September 4, 2012. Windows server 2012 does not support Itanium-based computers. There are various features which were added to Windows Server 2008 R2 like as an updated version Hyper-V, Task Manager, ReFS and IP address management.
