Course Introduction

The Microsoft course provides essential knowledge required to troubleshoot and support Windows 10 personal computers and devices in a Windows Server domain environment. The course introduces delegates to the Windows 10 features, how these features can be used in enterprise environment and troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 devices. During the five day course, the delegates will learn how to implement a troubleshooting methodology, explain the role of an EDST in a Windows 10 environment, how to identify problematic services that run on the operating system, how to monitor the reliability of a Windows 10 device, how to configure and troubleshoot network connections and how to resolve configuration problems and issues with applying GPOs.

What are prerequisites for attending this course?

The delegates must fulfill the following criteria before attending this course:

  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) principles
  • Understanding of Networking fundamentals including Domain Name System (DNS), Transmission Control Protocol /Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP)
  • Understanding of the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) components
