Negotiation is a process by which two or more groups discuss an issue to find a mutually acceptable outcome and settle differences by avoiding any argument. The importance of negotiation skills cannot be underestimated as they play a crucial role in the formal transactions and informal day to day interactions. The Negotiation Skills course equips the delegates with the knowledge required to excel in the negotiation process. The course enables the delegates to become a better leader, negotiator and dealmaker by building powerful negotiation skills. The course is designed for individuals who are required to negotiate successful outcomes. Tips for effective negotiation
