The framework of Better Business Cases™ ensures that everyone involved in the Project or Programme has an understanding of recognised tools and techniques to make an effective and more successful Business Case. The Practitioner course enables the delegates to apply Five Case Model to a real project and become a business case professional. The Better Business Cases™ is based on The Five Case Model, and it provides a methodic approach to developing a business case, by:

Course Content

The knowledge of Better Business Cases™ is a great asset for managers at all levels in both public and private sector. Strategic, commercial, management, economic and financial are the key elements of the Five Case Model. By the completion of the course, the delegates will gain an understanding of the principles which are fundamental to Better Business Cases including quality analysis, governance and ownership, thinking not writing and alignment with management processes. What are prerequisites for attending this course?

The delegates must have passed Better Business Cases™ Foundation exam before taking the Practitioner exam. However, some experience of producing business cases for large capital expenditure projects would be beneficial.
