- What are training vouchers?
Many customers use training vouchers or training credits as a way to purchase their training at the start of their financial year or when their budget becomes available. Their training is purchased before they have decided which delegates will be attending and on what dates.Vouchers are “virtual” you don’t get a physical voucher, but you get a credit in a learning bank at Datrix. You can allocate your vouchers to courses easily through your account manager.
- What is a training voucher worth?
The value of your training voucher is negotiated with your account manager and is adjusted to suit your training objectives.
E.g.: Our list price for Microsoft Technical training is £235 per day. If you were committing to purchase 40 days of training with us to be delivered over the following 12 months, then you will be able to achieve a discount on the list price. The actual discount depends on the course you wanted to attend and the number of days you were planning to purchase.
- How much can I save?
The amount you will save usually depends on the type of training you need and the volume you are planning to purchase.
- How do I buy training vouchers?
To purchase training vouchers simply contact your account manager or a member of our sales team on 0800 781 0626. We will explain the discounts we can offer to you. On agreement, your account manager will send you a booking form to sign and return. When we receive your booking form, your vouchers are secured.
- How long are my vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
- How do I redeem the training vouchers I have purchased?
Find the course you want on our website or contact your account manager on 0800 781 0626 and explain the courses you need. We will email you a voucher usage form to fill in and return to us. When we have received your completed form you are booked onto the course.
- Are the vouchers redeemable against other products?
Yes, this can be arranged at time of booking. Please ask for details.
- Are Datrix vouchers allocated to individuals or can the whole team use them?
Different members of your team can use your Datrix vouchers. If you’re not sure who will be working on your projects over the coming year vouchers allow you to allocate the right people at the right time.
