Training Locations: Haydock Merseyside

The following information is designed to help you get the most from your training course.

We want you to enjoy your learning experience with us, if there is anything we can do to make your time with us more pleasant let your instructor or a member of staff know at the earliest opportunity and we will do all we can to help.

At the end of your course you will receive a course feedback sheet, the feedback we receive helps us to maintain the quality of our training courses. Our team aims for a 95% Very Satisfied feedback score.

Opening hours
Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00. Closed weekends & bank holidays.

Dress Code
Most delegates prefer smart but casual wear.

Registration
Course registration & signing in takes place in the training room. Please go to the desk in main reception where the building staff will direct you to your training room.

Mobile phones
We respectfully ask delegates to switch off their mobile phones during training sessions to avoid interruptions.

Messages
If you need to be contactable during a training session please advise your instructor at the start of your course. Our main sales office is contactable on 0800 781 0626 and they will be happy to pass any messages to you as soon as soon as possible.

Refreshments & lunch
Free refreshments are provided in the training room including tea, coffee and a variety of biscuits. Lunch is also included in the price of your course. Lunch is taken in a separate dining area and is normally provided as a buffet prepared by the racecourse chefs. A new menu is provided each day with a choice of hot & cold dishes.

Smoking
All Datrix venues are no smoking. Delegates are welcome to smoke in the designated areas outside the building.

Parking
Free parking is available outside the main entrance to the racecourse.

Holiday Inn –¼ mile away, Cost approximately £45 per night B&B

Directions by Car
Leave the M6 at junction 23, the racecourse is sign posted. If you are travelling along the A580 ( East Lancashire Road ), follow the signs at the junction roundabout where the A580 crosses the M6. The racecourse is very near to the intersection of the A580 and the M6.
