The following information is designed to help you get the most from your training course.

We want you to enjoy your learning experience with us, if there is anything we can do to make your time with us more pleasant let your instructor or a member of staff know at the earliest opportunity and we will do all we can to help.

At the end of your course you will receive a course feedback sheet, the feedback we receive helps us to maintain the quality of our training courses. Our team aims for a 95% Very Satisfied feedback score.

Opening hours
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.00. Closed weekends & bank holidays.

Dress Code
Most delegates prefer smart but casual wear.

Registration
Course registration & signing in takes place in your training room. Please go to the reception desk in the main foyer where the building staff will direct you to the lifts and to your training room on the 11th floor.

Mobile phones
We respectfully ask delegates to switch off their mobile phones during training sessions to avoid interruptions.

Messages
If you need to be contactable during a training session please advise your instructor at the start of your course. Our main sales office is contactable on 0800 781 0626 and they will be happy to pass any messages to you as soon as possible.

Refreshments & lunch
Free refreshments are provided in the training room including tea, coffee and a variety of biscuits. Lunch is also included in the price of your course. Lunch is normally provided as sandwiches in a designated dining area. Lunches in Liverpool are sometimes taken in local bars & restaurants though this depends on the type of course being undertaken. Please check at time of booking.
