The following information is designed to help you get the most from your training course.

We want you to enjoy your learning experience with us, if there is anything we can do to make your time with us more pleasant let your instructor or a member of staff know at the earliest opportunity and we will do all we can to help.

At the end of your course you will receive a course feedback sheet, the feedback we receive helps us to maintain the quality of our training courses. Our team aims for a 95% Very Satisfied feedback score.

 Opening hours

Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30. Closed weekends & bank holidays.

Dress Code

Most delegates prefer smart but casual wear.

Registration

Course registration & signing in takes place in the training room. Please go to the desk in main reception where the building staff will direct you to your training room or to the course waiting area in main reception.

Mobile phones

We respectfully ask delegates to switch off their mobile phones during training sessions to avoid interruptions.

Messages

If you need to be contactable during a training session please advise your instructor at the start of your course. Our main sales office is contactable on 0800 781 0626 and they will be happy to pass any messages to you as soon as soon as possible.

Refreshments & lunch

Free refreshments are provided in the training room including tea, coffee and a variety of biscuits. Lunch is also included in the price of your course. We normally use a local Italian restaurant and an excellent local public house that provides our delegates with a wide choice of dishes and soft drinks. If you prefer a sandwich from one of the many local sandwich bars, this is no problem and can be arranged for you.

Smoking

All Datrix venues are no smoking. Delegates are welcome to smoke in the designated areas outside the building.

Parking

There are several multi storey car parks located close to the training centre. The car parks are not free to use and cost in the region of £8 – £10 per day. The price of parking is not included in price of your course.

Premier Travel Inn – Cost approximately £50 per night B&B
Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza – Cost approximately £90 per night B&B
