| Our main sales and training offices are in Leyland, Lancashire. Other venues include London, Manchester , Leeds and Liverpool city centres, Sheffield (Meadowhall) and Haydock Park Racecourse, Merseyside. A large proportion of our courses take place at clients’ premises. |

| We believe that when a delegate attends a Datrix training course they deserve quality surroundings. Each one of our venues is selected carefully to ensure our delegates feel they are in a professional learning environment. If you would like a tour to inspect the quality for yourself we’d be happy to arrange one. |

| How do you maintain the quality of your courses? |
| We take the quality of our product very seriously. Our trainers and venues must pass our own quality tests, in addition to those set by the regulating bodies. Every delegate on our courses is asked to complete a Metrics that Matter course evaluation form. The data on the form is collected and reviewed weekly by our management team. Any lapse in the quality of a course is identified and fixed to improve the delegate experience next time. Every course we deliver carries a satisfaction guarantee. |

| Who delivers your courses? |
To work with Datrix a trainer needs to be the best in their subject area and be able to get that knowledge across to our delegates in a positive and effective manner. To enable us to assign the best skilled trainer to your course wherever possible we will use a full time intructor employed by Datrix. Over 90% of all our delegtes are trained by our own instructors. From time to time to cope with demand, and if we feel an associate trainer can bring added value to your learning experience then we will sometimes use an Associate trainer. |

| What if I have special dietary requests? |

| Can you deliver training at my premises? |
| Yes, we are able to deliver almost all of our courses at our customers’ premises. For more information on on-site training, click here. |

| What if I am not satisfied with the quality of my training? |
| It is our aim to deliver an excellent training experience to you every time. However, there are sometimes unavoidable problems during a course. If you have any issues with your course please notify either your instructor, account manager or a member of staff as soon as possible. We will work with you to fix any problems as soon as they arise. Every course we deliver is covered by a free retrain* or a money back guarantee. As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, the Directors are notified of any issues. *Please use course materials from the first course. |

| Will you be adding hidden extras on to the price of my course? |
| No. All course costs are clearly broken down on your booking form and invoice. Our quotes clearly show trainer course fees and where applicable exams axam and trainer expenses. If there are any unusual items in your purchase, these will be highlighted and explained to you at time of booking. |

| My current training supplier is ok. Why should I change to Datrix? |
When we started our business in 2001 we had no customers. We now have over 1000 organisations as customers. We aim to retain every client who has chosen to use us as their preferred supplier for training. We do this by talking to our clients and keeping in touch on a regular basis with news, updates and promotions. We also believe the training we deliver should be on your terms not ours; your training courses should be when you want them, and importantly where you want them.
