How it works: Simply email exams@datrixtraining.com  anytime before your scheduled exam start time and let us know your details, where your attending and that you would like to defer.

Your request will be received by our Examination Department and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have used to notify us of your intention to defer.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination Voucher Terms & Conditions

We must have received notification from you in writing via the website or email that you wish to defer your examination and convert your exam to a Datrix Training Ltd examination voucher before the scheduled start time. Non attendance will be classed as a no-show under our standard Terms of Business.

Your PRINCE2 Practitioner examination will be valid for 2 calendar months. You must attend a Datrix Training Ltd examination session before the voucher expires. No cash alternative or refunds are available. The voucher cannot be converted to cash or used as part payment towards any other product. Vouchers not redeemed within 2 calendar months will expire. To redeem your voucher, you must book your examination at least 5 working days before your new examination date. Exam places are subject to availability.
