Trainee Trainers

At Datrix Training we run a Train the Trainer programme. If you believe you have the organisational, people skills and motivation to become a trainer, then we would like to hear from you.

Our customers constantly tell us that they prefer courses delivered by people with "real world experience", so this is something you'll need in relation to your specialist subject. An example may be that you are a highly experienced project manager and with the right mentoring and training you could become and exceptional trainer; or you have been working in busy IT department for several years and believe that your experiences could really add value to our customers' learning experiences.

We have different types of train the trainer programmes available. There are several full time positions available with us for the very best new trainers.

The full programme can take several weeks or months to complete; this of course depends on your previous experience. After completing their training, new trainers will deliver their courses under supervision from one of our experienced team of training professionals.

This programme is heavily subscribed, but if you feel you have the right qualities to become our next new trainer then please contact us with your details.

Full time opportunities are currently in London, Yorkshire and North West, although applicants from further afield are welcome to apply.

If you are an experienced applications trainer with the ability to deliver outstanding courses in the following topics we would like to hear from you: Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Crystal Reports.

Sales Account Managers


Based: Leyland , near Preston
Salary: £18,000 BASIC + uncapped commission

ACCOUNT MANAGER with proven telephone sales skills, to develop and
maintain a quality customer base.

Pre-requisites
* Minimum 12 months relevant sales experience
* Strong and proven telephone sales skills
* High level of motivation
* Proven ability to perform to target
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
* Proven ability to source new leads
* The ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
* Reliability
